Our next meeting is scheduled for February 9th, 2009, at committee room N# 2, from 6:00 to 9:30 pm. Our March Meeting is scheduled for Monday 9th2009 at the same committee room. At this meeting we are going to have elections for the renewal of the executive and the members of the board of Directors.
Members who received tickets for the annual get together in December and for some reason did not pay for them, please forward the amount by cheque to our office or mailing address. By the end of January I am expecting from the members to pay, as we have to pay to caterer.
