Canada’s Other Voices July 12, 2008 AGENDA MEETING July 14th, 2008 Main Legislative Building, Queen’s Park, Committee room N# 2, Toronto. The meeting is called for 5:30. 1.  Welcome Remarks by the Chair                   5:30 Presentation by our quests two members of the Iranian com. Adjournment.                                                      9:30 As of November 1, 2007 only the South basement entrance (Front of the building parking lot), will be the new Legislative Security staffed, (24 hours a day seven days a week), entrance for the Main Legislative Building. The East entrance, we used until now, will be changed to have the same access rights as the other entrances to the Legislative building. It will be staffed by the Legislative security Service Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m, to assist with the staff entry and visitor entry inquiries. Should you have any questions concerning entry procedures, please contact Security Services at 416- 325 7996. The Next meeting is scheduled for Monday, August 11th, 2008, Committee Room #2 of the Main Legislative building, Queen’s park, Toronto. Our meeting for September 8th, also is going as planet at the Committee room N#2. Main Legislative building Queens Park, Toronto. For the members who renewed their membership THANK YOU.
